Memory Design Engineer

eVaderis is actively seeking an experienced memory design engineer. As part of the physical design team, you will be involved in architecture definition, transistor-level circuit design and generating views of innovative memory IP and compilers based on emerging NVRAM technologies such as MRAM and RRAM. The memory design engineer will work with the design automation team to improve and/or co-develop the internal NVRAM memory and compiler flow. You will be responsible for implementation, verification, documentation and support of the designed products as well as supervision, mentoring and training of more junior and contract designers.Read more…

Analog Design Engineer

eVaderis is actively seeking an experienced analog design engineer. As part of the physical design team, you will be involved in architecture definition, transistor level circuit design of analog blocks (LDO, BGR, CP, PMU, BB, SA, pulses generators, clocks), building blocks of innovative memory IP, compilers and subsystem processors based on emerging NVRAM technologies such as MRAM and RRAM. The analog design engineer will work with both memory designers and the system design team. You will be responsible for implementation, verification, documentation and support of the designed blocks as well as supervision, mentoring and training of more junior and contract designers.Read more…

Physical Design Engineer – P&R

eVaderis is actively seeking an experienced digital physical design engineer. As part of the system team, you will be in charge of the full backend design phase (netlist to GDSII), covering multiple tapeouts, and generating subsystem processor hard macros (IP) and test chips based on emerging NVRAM technologies such as MRAM and RRAM. The physical design engineer will work with the design automation and analog teams to setup, improve, co-develop and challenge the internal nonvolatile logic flow and physical libraries in synergy with standard low power flows. You will be responsible for implementation, verification, documentation, and support of the designed products.Read more…

EDA Software Engineer

eVaderis is actively seeking an experienced software developer dedicated to the development and deployment of design flows for integrated circuits. As part of the design automation team, you will work on internal solutions like characterization flows or on products like memory compilers. You will work closely with designers to define requirements and priorities in order to setup the development roadmap. You will then drive the implementation and deployment of solutions in collaboration with the design automation team. To ensure quality and consistency in development, we are using a test-driven development approach in conjunction with agile project management (Scrum). The software engineer will have to comply with this approach. All developments use JAVA with a Groovy user API. Ideally, the engineer should be familiar with these technologies. The knowledge of a structured object-oriented language is a must (Java, C++).Read more…

CAD Engineer

eVaderis is actively seeking an experienced CAD engineer. As part of the design automation team, you will be dedicated to setting up and supporting the design flows for internal integrated circuits. You will be in charge of the deployment and customization of the foundry PDKs to ensure their seamless integration in the eVaderis design flows. You will also be responsible for the integration of design tools used in the design of mixed signal and digital products. You will contribute to the creation of high quality design flow solutions, integrating the libraries, commercial design software and technology data. You will use scripting languages to automate common tasks. You will provide support to the design teams on the design flows and software tools. You will investigate commercial solutions applicable to the design flow and will be in direct contact with the EDA vendors.Read more…

Layout Engineer

eVaderis is actively seeking an experienced memory layout design engineer. As part of the physical design team, you will be involved in the development of new memory compilers by working on emerging NVRAM memory technologies such as MRAM and RRAM. The layout engineer will also work closely with the design automation team.Read more…
